More of my personal concept. These guys are assassins who are selected for their psychic capability's. They are given drugs and augmentations to the point they are practically no longer human. Some manage to retain a small amount of their previous personalities. They are hired as hit men or body guards often by V.I.Ps from powerful corporations.
